Yes.  SHOCKING as it sounds I am doing a triathlon.  I am not sure how or why this came about but have strangely somehow been training for months for it now!

Here's the important stuff:

              a ) Donate the easy way to this registered charity :o)
              b ) Make a bit more effort and donate to my friends charity more directly.

It's totally up to you, Alive and Kicking is a very worth while charity or, if you're feeling even more Holy, you can making the extra effort donating to an old friend of mine's charity.  You'll have to do it online from your bank, but it will mean that 100% of your money goes directly to the people it's intended for (i.e. no admin fees etc. everything is done through volunteering etc etc)
