On 2nd April 2007 a very close friend, Anne-Marie O'Riordan, passed away from a brain tumour at 24-years old. Anne-Marie was an exceptional person and excelled at everything she wanted to do.
In order to counteract the sense of futility of the loss of someone so amazing and young, her family have teamed up with Samantha Dickson Brain Tumour Trust to raise as much as we can in Anne-Marie’s name and to help others to have a different outcome.
Through running the London Marathon this year on 13th April I hope to raise as much money as possible for SDBTT in Anne-Marie's memory so that something positive can come from this tremendous loss. It is imperative to support the research and funding into finding a cure for this devastating illness that affects far too many lives.
Thank-you for all of your support.
Caroline
