<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</p> <p>We are doing this trek to raise money for an amazing charity, Macmillan Cancer Support make it possible for seriously ill cancer patients to be cared for at home where they can feel comfortable and be surrounded by their loved ones.This also allows the family to have a rest and a break but secure in the knowledge that the patient is being cared for in the best possible way.</p> <p>As a family we have first hand experience of this charity and the care that the nurses provide, it is all very dear to our hearts.
