My name is Caroline and I am 28 years old.

 

I was born with the Congenital Heart Conditions Tricuspid and Pulmonary Atresia. I have listed the various Major surgeries that I have had done at present.

 

1983 - Waterston Shunt

1984 - Left modified Blalock-Taussig Shunt,

1988 - Exploration and atrial-septectomy,

1991 - PA reconstruction, new 8mm aorto- pulmonary shunt

1995 - PA reconstruction, and the Fenestrated Fontan.

2009- Cardio- Version/ Ablation

I decided to help my chosen charities by making my own brand  "Gifts by MoonShine"  and making and selling my own hand made cards and donating 25p from each card sold to charity. I also write poems and have had some of them printed on to magnets and also sell them, I donate 25p from each magnet sold to my chosen charities. I want to help these charites bacause they have helped me!

Each time some one buys from me I will pay the 25p donation from that purchase on to this site, split between both of my chosen charities GUCH and LHM.
