The Prison Phoenix Trust encourages prisoners in the development of their spiritual welfare, through the practices of meditation and yoga, working with silence and the breath. We offer personal support to prisoners around the UK and Eire through teaching, workshops, correspondence, books and newsletters - and to prison staff too.

I COMPLETED 108 Sun Salutations and loved it!  Please donate so Prisoners and staff can expereince the transformation yoga can offer!!

Its all in a good cause, The Prison Phoenix Trust do great work, supporting prisoners using Yoga, Meditation and Correspondence. I have worked with them for almost 20 years now, and I am happy to support this fundraiser, of course I do need your help.

I suggest donations of £5 - 10 for 108 salutes. My target was £108, wehave passed it and now I want to continue to raise more, so all offers above and below the suggestion are welcome.
