Yes one of my crazy ideas again!

I have got until July to become super fit as I am going to take part in the British 10K London Run on 6th July to raise money for Age Concern Cheshire and I'm expected to do it in less than 2 hrs  

To take part in the run I have to raise a minimum of £275 but I am aiming to get £500 so please please please help me reach this amount and sponsor me
