Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Our very special "Tea Ladies" Joan Molyneux and Kath Jarvis, along with many other willing volunteers, have been making tea and coffee for our members at St Mary's Church Hall for over 5 years and in that time have probably served 1000's and 1000's of "cuppa's"!

To help raise funds for the Think Ahead Community Stroke Group all these ladies have now set themselves the additional challenge of serving 500 more "cuppa's" before the end of 2008.  Can they do it?  We are sure they can and with the additional support of your sponsorship this then makes their personal challenge even more worthwhile.

Please sponsor Joan, Kath and our team of dedicated volunteers the minimum sponsorship of 1p per "cuppa" served from 18th September to the end of 2008 (Total amount = £5) or 2p, 5p or 10p per "cuppa" served (£10, £25 or £50).

If you are interested in learning more about our Group then please visit our newly re-designed Website at www.think-ahead.org.uk or telephone the Office on 01942 824888.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Think Ahead Community Stroke Group gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor our very special "Tea Ladies" now!
