Walking and running is something we take for granted so can you imagine what it would be like to have those priveledges taken away from you and having to cope with everyday things like reaching for something or rushing to answer the phone etc.

I have decided to do the sponsored swim because firstly, I can and also because I would like to help those people who aren't as privileged as I am to get back to as normal a life as they are able despite their spinal injuries.
