About my charity : Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted) Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted)
The Hospice aims to bring peace, comfort and dignity to patients and families facing the crisis of serious illness. We offer assessment and skilled clinical care, respite breaks, home support, day care and bereavement support. Care is free of charge and a flexible and individual approach is made.

My personal message:

Well I finally made it, and after lots of hard training (and support in child care from the lovely Nick) I am nearly ready for this walk - 13 miles will of course be a breeze after 26 miles of the Moonwalk!.  All I need now is some support from you!
