Yn Hydref 2011, rwyf yn bwriadau yn rhedeg ym Marathon Caerl ŷr, ar gyfer Gronfa Tomos Owen Leukaemia Fund.

Roeddwn wedi bwriadu rhedeg ym Marathon Eryri 2009, ac yna Marathon Llanelli 2010, ond methwyd a chwblhau'r ymgyrch oherwydd anaf i'm coes. Fodd bynnag, llwyddwyd i ail-gychwyn yr ymgyrch trwy rhedeg ras "Dau Gopa" Aberystwyth yn Hydref 2010.

Sefydlwyd Cronfa Tomos Owen Leukaemia Fund yn 2009, gan hyderu y bydd ymchwil pellach o gymorth i gleifion leukaemia.

Welcome to the website!

In October 2011, I plan to run in the Leicester Marathon with the aim of raising money for Cronfa Tomos Owen Leukaemia Fund.

I had intended running in the 2009 Snowdonia Marathon, and then the 2010 Llanelli Marathon, but I had to call off these campaigns due to a a calf injury. However, I restarted my campaign by completing the "Twin Peaks" race in Aberystwyth in October 2010.


Cronfa Tomos Owen Leukaemia Fund was founded in 2009, in the hope that further research will be of assistance to leukaemia patients in the future.
