Mae'r wefan yn ffordd CYFLYM a DIOGEL o gyfrannu at yr achos ac ychwanegir 28% RHAD AC AM DDIM yn ychwanegol tuag at cyfraniadau gan drethdalwyr trwy cynllun 'Gift Aid'. Welcome to the website. I am running in this year's Cardiff Marathon with the intention of raising money for, and awareness of, MIND the mental health charity. In 1994/95 I had an acute (though fairly short) period of depression, an experience which alerted me to the fact that depression and mental health issues can strike men and women of any age. The website is a QUICK and SAFE way of contributing, and a FREE 28% is added to taxpayer's contributions through the 'Gift Aid' scheme. With many thanks - Carwyn.
