Each year Prostate UK organise a Pants in the Park fun run to raise money and promote their charity. Since I was diagnosed with prostate cancer last December I have found their web site and publications a great help.

For the first time this year a run is being held in Bristol on the 22 June. I hope to hobble round the 5km course together with my family Dianne, Joanne, Simon and Charlie who will do the serious running, supported by Nicki and "bump".

Please help us to raise as much money as possible for Prostate UK. Thirty five thousand men a year are diagnosed with prostate cancer ten thousand of them needlessly lose their lives. I hope you will be able to make a donation so that Prostate UK can continue its work to raise awareness and fund further research. Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
