Hi to everyone, the time has come for me to run the dreaded south downs marathon. This year i'm running in aid of my main charity WSPA, specifically focusing on the bears in pakistan. My training is going well so far, just 5 weeks to go, i'm aiming to run  it in under 4hrs, which will be a mean feat with all those mountainous hills, but hopefully something i can achieve.

Your very generous donations will go towards rescuing the bears that are still being used for bear baiting. This is a horrendous 'sport', where the bears have their teeth and claws ripped out and are then chained and made to fight dogs time and time again, causing  fatal injuries.

We need to stop this misery, and your money will help to educate the local people against using animals in this way for entertainment and help build the new bear sanctuary that is desperately needed.
