Hi all,

I am swimming the 21 mile Catalina Channel from Catalina Island to LA. This is the 4th swim of the 'Oceans 7' suppose to be the hardest swims in the world. I am hoping to be the first British man to complete all 7. I have swum the English Channel, Gibralter Strait and Molokai Straits to date. My swim will start at midnight on the 16th Oct due to the high winds during the day. There will be portuguese man of war and sharks to keep me company!!

This will be tough but if you could sponsor me for Sports Aid the pain will be all worth while!!!
