Chris Humphries, Chris Walton, David Mayer and Russ Millhouse all work at Chester Cathedral and will be running the Chester Half Marathon to raise much needed funds which will contribute towards the upkeep of the fabric of this historic place in the heart of Chester.  Regrettably Andrew Moore, one of our Vergers has had to withdraw, but Alex Cummins, a member of our congregation, has galantly risen to the challenge to take his place!!

Sian Davies has done just that!

All funds raised will be put towards completing the restoration of the Chapter House window, which was installed in 1872, but has now been removed for repair.  All being well, it will be back in its rightful place in August.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us; The Chester Cathedral Development Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
