Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted)
The Hospice aims to bring peace, comfort and dignity to patients and families facing the crisis of serious illness. We offer assessment and skilled clinical care, respite breaks, home support, day care and bereavement support. Care is free of charge and a flexible and individual approach is made.

St Francis is close to my heart as they cared for my mum and dad in the last weeks and days of their lives. The care and support was second to none and I can say this with confidence as I work within the NHS. I hope to complete the walk in four hours and I hope that my arthritic joints with support this!!
