Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I am raising money for Nightingale House Hospice in Wrexham in memory of my father-in-law, Eifion Jones. Eifion sadly passed away aged 57 in September last year after bravely battling cancer, and the care he and his family received at Nightingale House was fantastic.
I'm going to be doing a ladies midnight walk (10 miles) around Wrexham on Saturday 28th June with Ian's mum Wenna and sister Alison.
UPDATE - We all did the walk! Let's just say that I have very, very sore feet, an enormous blister and had to walk the last 3 miles in my socks! Wenna, on the other hand, sailed through as if it was 1 mile. Alison did a brilliant job of making sure I didn't head for home half way through and we all hobbled over the finishing line in 3 hours! Well done girls - there were 2000 women taking part, all for such a brilliant cause.
