Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Over the last few years I have raised over £1,800 for charity thanks to the generosity of my on-line friends. Thank you very much to all of you who have donated over the years.

The Downs Syndrome Association, Parents for Inclusion , the West London Day Centre and Action Village India
Last year I did it in 55 minutes, which was surprising considering that since 2007 I had become an Old Age Pensioner , had a major operation and gained weight.
This year I am supporting Friends of the Earth because
1) I want a good world for my grandchildren with sustainable energy, and a wise stewardship of the earth's resources
2) I do not want the earth's temperature to rise to dangerous levels where crops fail through lack of rain, and low lying lands are flooded by melting polar ice
3) I do not want to see hundreds of species dying out. It would be horrible if tigers, elephants and whales became extinct
4) This is the only planet we have .
