I am running the Ryedale Run which is 10miles long! I have never run this far in my entire life but I am part of the UFP team (check out 
http://www.justgiving.com/teams/ufp/ to see how I am doing compared to the rest of the team) so I'm going to try. 

The fundraising is for our conservation charity in the Udzungwa Forest mountains. 

This is an awesome charity that works with local people in Tanzania to help protect the Udzungwa forest.  The forest contains a huge number of endemic animals and trees, and is unfortunately in great danger of being completely gone in the next ten years.

Your money will go towards helping with sustainability programmes, such as tree planting schemes, fuel efficient stoves, and fuel briquettes - all of which will help reduce the demand on the local forests. 

So please give as much as you can (every little bit helps)!
