This year I am going to run 100,000 metres (not all in one go!)  My challenge is to run 10x10K races this summer.  I hope you will sponsor me throught this personal torture.  All the money will go towards project KOP supports, especially the emergency appeal for the street children in Kisumu, who have been badly affected by the recent violence in Kenya.
