So a little update for all, the skydive is now complete with everyone making it back safe, minus a few aching legs (Lucy), a cut lip (Richard-make sure you ask how it happened, GREAT story!), a drag along the grass (Toby), a terrified fiance (Kris) and most people with pretty crazy hairdos (Not Richard!!). It was a great day and even got a bit of sunshine towards the end after waiting a while. We would all like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us by donating money to COSMIC. This money will go a really long way to helping children and there families who need it and for those off you who haven't yet donated there is still time and the page will be active for a while longer. Thank you also to Jim Patterson from Guy Salmon Prestige Car rental who donated the use of one of their Minibuses to transport the troops to the airfield! If i have missed anyone I am sorry but thank you anyway!! Pictures will be following soon.Time to start thinking about the next fundraising challenge now, any volunteers?

We are taking part in a great (if quite scary!!!) activity in order to raise money for an extremely worthwhile cause - COSMIC (Children of St Mary's Intensive Care.) We will each be taking part in a tandem skydive from at least 10,000ft in order to try to raise a minimum of £4000 to help support this charity with all the fantastic work that they do.

Money donated to COSMIC is used to:

 

	Buy state-of-the-art equipment for the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at St Mary's Hospital in London
	Fund a programme of groundbreaking research into life-threatening childhood diseases that has a global impact on new treatments
	Pay for training for health professionals involved in paediatric intensive care
