Story
We're taking part in Tough Mudder, a half marathon of hell for Claire House Childrens Hospice.
About Tough Mudder:
The course, designed by British Special Forces covers 12.5 miles and 27 obsticles that will test strength, stamina and determination to the limit. During November (yes November!) we with encounter, fire, ice and water as a team of us throw ourselves into the lake from 15ft, climb 10ft walls, run through flaming bales of hay and run through a nest of 10,000 volt wires!
About Claire House:
Laughter, positivity and care, that’s what Claire House is all about. Located on the Wirral, the ten-bedded hospice provides respite, end-of-life and bereavement care for children and young adults with complex medical needs, up to the age of 23.
Claire House recieves no funding from the government, yet it costs nearly £7000 every day to keep the hospice running, so that's our target, please give whatever you can.
