BLIND MAN APPEALS TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO JOIN HIM IN 10K RUN FOR INTERNATIONAL SIGHT SAVING CHARITY

Andrew Hall is blind. He will be summoning all his courage to run the British 10K London Run next summer, on Sunday 3rd July 2005. Andrew is making a Christmas appeal for members of the public to join him in the run to raise money for International Sight Saving Charity, CBM:

“We really need runners! Please register with us by Christmas Eve, December 24th. You can register by phoning me direct on 01223 426161. I am blind. I suffer from a hereditary condition that is incurable. I know first hand how not being able to see affects your life. I’ll do anything I can to help CBM with the work that they do. Giving someone back their sight is a miracle. I have to admit that I’m nervous about this run but if the public will join me and we can get lots of support it will all be worth it” - Andrew Hall
