I have decided to take part in the Macmillan challenge to walk the Thames path with CEF! 

The route follows the greatest river in England for 184 miles from its source in the Cotswold hills to the sea.  Passing through peaceful water meadows, unspoilt rural villages, historical towns and cities, and finally through the heart of London to end at the Thames Barrier in Greenwich.

I am taking part on the 14 mile stretch of this walk on Thursday 12th September, from Newbridge to Oxford. I have done 10k's, wolf run's, colour run's and half marathons but I have never done a 14 mile walk!
