I was asked to join a team running in this Octobers survival of the fittest 10k urban assault challenge, raising money for charity and to accomplish something I've not done before, I am looking forward to this challenge and as I have never competed like this before I would love to cross the finish line and know I have raised money for a fantastic charity.
