We are raising money for Leeds Little Livers. Leeds Little Livers is the transplant games team representing the childrens Liver Transplant unit based at St James Hospital in Leeds. The Transplant games is a chance for the children and families to get together, take part in sporting events,celebrate life after transplantation and promote organ donation.
