Taith gerdded noddedig o Abertawe i Gaernarfon yw Cerddwn Ymlaen, i gefnogi Ambiwlans Awyr Cymru a’u hapêl ‘Leap into Action’ ac i hyrwyddo Gwyl Gobaith 2012.

Walk On is a celebrity sponsored walk from Swansea to Caernarfon to support the Wales Air Ambulance’s ‘Leap Into Action’ appeal and to promote Gwyl Gobaith 2012.

About the charity

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
