RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

Thankyou for visiting our JustGiving page.

You can follow our adventures as we journey from Lands End to John O' Groats here: http://chagha.blogspot.co.uk/

Castlehill Housing Association and Grampian Housing Association have teamed up to undertake the classic "end to end" cycling challenge as our 2012  fundraiser supporting the RNLI.  Between 24th May and 9th June, a group of six will all cycle from Land's End to John O' Groats - with our chosen route covering some 1058 miles! Our team consists of  Colette Carroll, Susan Murray, David Lappin and Gordon Kyle from Castlehill together with Neil Clapperton and Alec Macmillan from Grampian. Sharon Walker from Castlehill is our "Team Manager" driving our support vehicle and keeping us all on the right track !!

It's a big challenge, but we are all looking forward to it. The RNLI is a great charity that we are proud to support and we hope that you are able to help. Your donations will give us the incentive we need to keep up the training!

We would like to thank Dee Valley Caravans for their generous donation of the use of a motorhome as the support vehicle for our event.
