Mates and Supporters

Last year Chris, Jon, Torr, Patrick and Ed marched 40 miles from Ditchling Beacon along the Southdowns Way to Chichester Cathedral.   This took 14 hours and raised over £ 8,141.75 for Chailey Heritage School. That's over £ 200 per mile, or £ 9.70 per minute, 10p per swear word, for a fantastic local cause. 

This year we are walking back (uphill), Chichester Cathedral to Ditchling Beacon, starting at 3 am with a glass of bubbly to arrrive at the Beacon before sunset!  Chailey Heritage School are developing a Day Centre for young visiting adults and sponsorship is urgently needed again.

We will be walking as a four for this year only, with Jon gallantly taking a year out to act as 'event manager' following the unprecedented levels of publicity we generated last year.
