Thanks for visit and support our fundraising. A group of students and staff of The University of Oxford (Geography Department) are participating in the WaterAid Mountain Challenge.  This time one of my favorite hobbies (climbing) is dedicated to raise money for the charity’s continuous work in Nepal.  People in Nepal have a mountain to climb every single day to supply water for their activities.  Although the water that is collected comes from natural resources, it does not have the adequate quality for drinking.  

In addition, we are dedicating our trek in honour of Dr. Mike Edmunds, an amazing human being and professor; who recently passed away. Mike was an energetic spirit with a passion for groundwater science, hydrogeochemical processes, palaeohydrology, and arid and semi-arid zone His favourite phrase: “It’s all about the rocks!”.

We will be climbing England's highest sea cliff, the Great Hangman on 6^th June. So you still have time to help!!!!  Every penny helps!. Each one of the group need to raise at least £95, so make a difference and donate, donate, donate!!!
