** Ps. Iam injured. I have aggrivated a previous calf tear. I will now be doing the run in 2010. I have tried twice to overcome the tear. I think the right approach is to delay it until next year

 

Hartlepool Hospice is a wonderful Charity.

I am running the race in honour of a friend's father who recently passed away. He received great care in the hands of the hospice.

Without doubt we have all been affected at some time in our life by a family member or friend who has needed end of life care.
