My story
More people have climbed Mount Everest than have swum the Channel. Together with a team of 5 other intrepid explorers I’m swimming from England to France. This is the biggest challenge of my life. Each of us will have to swim between 4 – 6 miles each in 12 - 15 degree cold water dressed only in speedos, cap, googles and a lot of grease! Ratified by the Channel Swimming Association we are not allowed to wear wetsuits.
We are doing this to raise money for a new classroom block for needy children in rural Zimbabwe, through our charity ZRSDP. I would very much appreciate if you would sponsor me. I know I have badgered people for money in the past for other marathons and triathlons and I can assure you this will be the last time for a very long time.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for your generosity!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.

Zimbabwe Rural Schools Development Programme
Charity Registration No. 1085718
ZRSDP aims to help schools in rural Zimbabwe. By working with our local contacts in Zimbabwe, we direct our funds where we believe they will have the highest impact, providing materials for communities to build classrooms and furniture. Our hope to improve the learning environment in some of the poorest areas of the country.
