I am taking part in the Shock Absorber Women Only Triathlon on July 3rd 2010 and have been training hard to get fit enough to finish in one piece!!  It's a Sprint Triathlon so it is a 400m Swim, 20k (12mile) Bike and a 5k (3mile) Run.  At the time it sounded like a good idea.  

When I started out I could just about do the run - so the thought of the swim followed by the bike and finishing with the run, filled me with dread.  I'm still quite worried about completing the run after the bike but am hopeful to finish in a respectable, but maybe not a world record, time.
