Hi there!

If you're here then I can only assume you know the score. If not... one night I drunkenly agreed to do the 2009 London Triathlon and guess what - I'm doing it! I will be competing at the Olympic distance which involves:
1.5km Swim (in the Thames!)
40km Bike
10km Run

That's a total of 51.5km, or just over 32miles - longer than the London Marathon by 6 miles!

I've signed up for a gym membership at Banatynes gym in preparation, so you can see I'm totally serious about this.
