My story

 

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Sorry to bother you all but I really need your help; I will be running the London Marathon in 5 weeks time and would really really appreciate your help in raising money for Alzheimer’s concern as this is a horrible and lonely illness that affects many people and their loved ones. It is also something that anyone of us may get at some point in our lives.

I know in these cash strapped times ‘oh how life can be cruel, it should be free money for all’ (hang on isn't that how we got here in the first place?). But every little helps and I do know a lot of people, so even if you donate a couple of pounds it would go a long way to meeting my target. Then its just left to me to run the marathon. For those of you who know me well, will know that I will be aiming for first, possibly second, position. However, there are a lot of super skinny super fit people from far off shores competing in this marathon so I may have to look for a realistic non podium place. Never the less, I will NEVER ,NEVER ,NEVER GIVE UP....(Winston churchill top bloke)

P.s If you have already sponsored me and would like to pay through the web site I will just cross you off sheet I have. Its much easyer and that way I don't feel one of thoses people in uxbridge high street chasing people for money with clip board. :-)
