Our splits for the half-way mark were almost identical - Ronel ahead by ONE SECOND - but the gap grew. Ronel finished in 4:41:09, Charlie in 4:46:28.

We train together and most years try and get places in the London marathon, and use those places jointly to raise some money for charity.

 

For 2010 Ronel has chosen RNID, a charity with which she has particular personal affinity.

 

We've sent a combined target of £2000 but we know you'll want to help us get past that target - so please did deep!
