As you may have seen in the press and Granada Reports or heard on GMR with Becky Want this year I have to decided to save on travel costs and I will be running from my home in Altrincham to London and then doing the Marathon.  I have a route planned out and most of the time I will be using the canal network and I will have valued support from Lupin a friend's canal boat.  So look out for a group of Brain & Spine tee shirts at a tow path near you.  Please see below  when I might be running past you.  So watch this space for an up date of where I am and where I plan to be.In the  meantime I would be very grateful for any contribution you make now.

Luckily having told Ian Horn of my goal Cooper Sports have sponsored me by providing the most essential piece of kit. The running shoes. Thanks very much. So if any one would like some good advice and a very reasonable deal please call into the shop in Sale shopping centre.
