Youth charity The Prince's Trust needs to raise £1 million a week in order to help change young lives in the UK. The Trust gives practical and financial support, developing skills such as confidence and motivation. It works with 14-30 year olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. Since 1976 The Prince of Wales’s charity has helped over 600,000 n young people and continues to support 100 more every day.

My story

I’m undertaking a challenge on behalf of The Prince’s Trust. I have to cycle hike, canoe and raft from the Pacific coast of Costa Rica to the Caribbean coast. This is why I joined the gym. It’s caused me considerable pain so far and I expect the worst is yet to come. If you were able to sponsor me anything then The Prince’s Trust, and I would be very grateful. If you’re unsure about sponsoring me think about it this way. I’ll be out of the country for a week and won’t be hassling you and it’s gonna hurt me! How’s that?
