At almost 45 stone Charlie was heading for an early grave, but now woth the help of Dr Chris Steele and ITV1's This Morning Charlie is almost down to 20 stone in just 14 months. Charlie recently took on the Manchester 10k and he enjoyed it so much he decided to take on the Great North Run.
