<p>Thanks for visiting Charlotte's fundraising page and supporting&nbsp;this walk and amazing charity.</p> <p>In 2008, at the tender age of 3, Charlotte was diagnosed with a rare combination of acute myeloid leukaemia and juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia.
