My name is charlotte adlington, i am 14 and have decided to start raising money again for a charity quite close to my heart.

In 2002 my brother Jonathon was born after a few weeks he was found to have TAPVD Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Drainage and his ASD was found to be open, this was the only thing basically keeping him alive. Many weeks went by and i was only 7 at the time so it was very confusing, my whole family went through so much. Jonathon spent pretty much all of his short life in hospital but always had a smile on his face no matter how much pain un-known to us that he could have been in.

Sadly after 19 and a half weeks and 3 operations he passed away, he couldnt fight it anymore. So now i am trying my best to help other families that are in the same situations that we were in, and hopefully help other children to have more of a chance in life.
