Update: it's been some time since I last did anything for Ripple. The African trek was an incredible experience; thanks so much for all your support. Anyway, the need is still there, the charity is still great and for some reason I've signed up to a half marathon...nuff said!

RIPPLE Africa is a grass roots charity working in Malawi. They keep their costs to a minimum so all your money really goes to the people who need it through micro-loans, volunteer support and projects in education, environment and healthcare. I know it's great, because my friend works for them, so they are the real deal!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. They can also reclaim Gift Aid on your donation which means even more bang for your buck.
