Hi Guys,

Ali and I have run Rushcliffe 10k in Notts (57 minutes!) raising money for Celebral Palsy Sport, which is a charity dedicated to improving the physical and mental well being of children and adults with physical disabilities.

I am now doing the Great North Run (as Ali decided to very kindly swan off to teach in Cairo) on the 20th September and raising money for the same charity!!

I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me - every little helps!
