On Saturday June 13th, we will be taking part for the first time in the Great Knaresborough Bed Race, a gruelling time trial race round the town pushing (you've guessed it) a bed - ending with a very cold swim across the River Nidd. We hope to raise more than a thousand pounds for the local Leeds charity St Gemma's Hospice.
