Donating through justgiving.com is the most efficient way to sponsor individuals: PDSA receives your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

I had a ballot place and so was not obliged to raise any money for charity. I think its important to to follow the spirit of many thousands of competitors at the London raise to channel funds to areas of need.
