Run Haggis Run 100km and survive!!!?

London 2 Cambridge Challenge 2016 · 2 July 2016 to 3 July 2016 ·
Folks, ladies, gentleman, fellow runners and cyclists, honorary drinking partners and cake eaters. Please can I have your loyal attention.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as “a complete state of physical, mental and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”.
Mental health is, therefore fundamental to total health and wellbeing.
Last year I saw a number of wonderful and inspirational people around me battle an invisible and misunderstood illness. An illness that attacked family, colleagues and friends, but most of all robbed the life of one of my school friends and fellow drama/English/history mastermind: Josh Sutherland.
I am here to raise money on behalf of With Josh In Mind. A campaign to support and raise awareness for the largest killer for men under 40: suicide.
On 2nd July 2016 I will be running from London to Cambridge. An epic journey of 100km across the beautiful South East of England. I have given myself 7 months preparation, as no doubt the challenge will be the training to prepare myself for a continous (at the very least!) 15 hour run. The aim is to be able to walk away from it with no injuries.
I call upon you for your kind and generous support, not for me, not just for Josh, but to help support a wonderful and brave charity to raise awareness, improve education and support sufferers.
Thanks to everyone in advance.
