The Cheddar Everest Challenge · 9 July 2004

We’re the world’s leading independent conservation organisation. And we’re building a future where people and nature thrive together. That’s why we’re passionate about sharing the planet’s resources more sustainably, tackling climate change and protecting endangered wildlife.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: WWF-UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Just a reminder: myself and three others (including Neil Crofts if you know him) are cycling the height of Everest on the weekend of July 17th. This represents a total height gain of just under 30,000 feet. Which is tough in Southern England because there are no mountains. So we'll do it by cycling up and down the beautiful Cheddar Gorge 30 times (each lap is an eight mile round trip). The event allows 2 days. We decided that was too easy, so our aim is to do it all on Saturday.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
