Ok, so it's 5years on this year since we lost our great friend (and well known perv!!!!), this will be my 5TH marathon, the next 4 months are all about hard training, whether that's early morning or late nights, It's worth it, thats my effort-so please make an effort and help raise some more cash for Dal's chosen charity.
