Puddings are available on a first come, first served basis, so the first 100 people to donate on this site will be the ones to get their hands on a Pud!
As you are no doubt aware some of us went to for 2 weeks earlier in the year to do some voluntary work helping to refurbish the Bukumbi care centre for the Bridge2aid charity. This was a fantastic and challenging experience and as an ongoing commitment to the great work that Bridge2aid is doing all money raised from the sale of Christmas puddings will be again donated to this cause.
Bridge2aid (http://www.bridge2aid.org/) is a registered charity operating dental and community development programmes in North West Tanzania. It provides primary dental care and education whilst equipping and training local people as health care professionals.
The puddings will be made to a traditional family recipe, suitable for vegetarians and supplied in a foil basin with a lid. They will be ready to steam or boil for 2 hours on Christmas day, or before if you cannot wait that long!! A 1kg pudding, serving up to 8-10 people will cost £10.
