Im running Tough Mudder South West on September 22nd for CLIC Sargent as part of this years fundraising efforts by The Bell Hanger, Wetherspoons in Chepstow.

Tough Mudder races are 12+ mile assault courses designed by the SAS and features 20+ extreme obstacles around the course. Obstacles feature big drops, underwater tunnels and electric shocks. To participate in these events it is compulsory to sign a death waiver. They are physically and mentally challenging endurance events. 

I really appreciate every penny that gets donated. I have paid all the entrance fees, admin and travel costs myself so 100% of donations will go straight to CLIC Sargent.
